What Are Ninja Stars (Shuriken)?
Historians believe that ninja stars, or shuriken, date back to 16th-century Japan. Some of the earliest ninja stars were made of stone, but eventually, ninjas and samurai fashioned them out of household metals. Warriors used them in close combat or to distract or disarm an enemy and then moved in with a sword or other weapon.
Learn to Throw Ninja Stars in the Nashua Area
We love fun at Axel’s, and we know that having a great time starts with safety. One of our Axeperts greets you at the door, reviews the safety rules and shows you how to throw ninja stars, knives, and axes. You can’t have fun if you can’t hit a target, and our pros make sure you have all the know-how you need.
We have 15 throwing lanes, and each lane is separated for your safety. Our targets include high-end grain boards to reduce bouncing and an anti-kickback system. Your throwing star either lodges securely in the board or drops harmlessly to the ground, so you stay safe with every throw. We've also invested in high-end, quality ninja stars that look amazing and throw true.
As the premium throwing stars venue in Nashua and surrounding communities, we’ve built our venue from the ground up for fun and safety. Our 20+ digitally projected games let you throw at a standard target or play Duck Hunter, Battleship and more. Our eight HDTVs ensure you never miss a game, and our TouchTunes jukebox keeps the music flowing. Our menu includes alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and pub foods – we believe in keeping ninjas well-fed and happy.
